When it comes to IMing in Windows, the possibilities are endless. With all the available options, there is one program that just offers more than the rest: Digsby. Digsby offers users a wide variety of protocols that include AIM, MSN, Yahoo, GTalk, Jabber, and Facebook chat. However, the innovative genius of Digsby does not stop there. Digsby recently included Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and MySpace feeds in the client as well. As if that wasn’t enough to make it the ultimate application, you can get your multiple email accounts, including Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL/AIM Mail, IMAP, and POP in there too.




This all may sound a little overwhelming and complicated, but it’s not; Digsby could not be more user-friendly. You have an icon in your taskbar for whatever network/IM/email account you configure, and you receive popup notifications for that account according to a predefined user preference. It’s as simple as that.
Benefits: The popup notifications are a snapshot of your email, tweet, or IM, and you can respond from within the popup, as opposed to opening the entire application window. Additionally, there are IM aliases, tabbed IMing, the ability to send SMS messages directly from the IM window, and much more.

SPEED UP YOUR ACROBAT READER (ALMOST LIKE NOTEPAD)

1. Go to the installation folder of acrobat reader
(C:\program files\adobe\acrobat\reader\.. whatever)

2. Move all the files and folders from the "plug ins" directory to the "Optional" directory. (I repeat.. cut and paste the files NOT copy & paste).

Also make sure that acrobat reader is not open else it will lock the files and not allow you to move the files).

Now your acrobat reader will load very fast and almost as good as notepad !

How to create P2P LAN Connection...

1)First check with a network administrator if the wire and RJ(sockets) you have bought are made for P2P connection or not.
2)Without connecting the wire to two computers complete the following steps
3)Go to "MY NETWORK PLACES", you will find this in MY COMPUTER left hand side TABS
4)Now click on the VIEW NETWORK CONNECTIONS tab, if you don't find any network icon create a local area connection shortcut key by clicking on add a network place and following the instructions as required.
5)A local area connection link will appear, right click on the link and goto PROPERTIES
6)In the "connection uses the following items" tab you will find INTERNET PROTOCOL(TCP/IP) select this and click on PROPERTIES tab.
7) Select the "USE THE FOLLOWING IP ADDRESS" button
8) In the IP ADDRESS blank enter 192.168.0.1 on computer number 1, and 192.168.0.2 on computer number 2
9) click on OK tab, windows will itself take the default subnet mask ID
10) Restart the computer
11) Again go to MY NETWORK PLACES, on the left hand side tab click on "SET UP A HOME OR SMALL OFFICE NETWORK"
12) NETWORK SETUP WIZARD will appear, while installing "SELECT THE REQUIRED OR ALL LAST OPTIONS" for P2P connection.
13) Restart the computer.
14) Before starting the computer connect both of them with LAN wire.
15) If u get a two computer icon with NO CROSS mark, it means two computers are connected through LAN.
